About Qanchis
Built on seven.Driven by excellence.
A multidisciplinary engineering company working across Africa and beyond — with one standard of quality behind every discipline.
Who we are.
Qanchis Engineering Solutions delivers integrated engineering, technology and infrastructure services. Our teams design, build, commission and maintain systems for marine, mining, energy, industrial and residential clients.
We operate from offices in South Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Namibia and Canada, serving clients in English and French.
The meaning behind Qanchis
The number seven.
The 7 at the heart of our Q is our signature. It stands for completeness — the idea that a system is only finished when every part, from design to maintenance, works as one.

Our history
Qanchis grew from electrical and automation engineering into five divisions, expanding from Cape Town to Kinshasa, Windhoek and Gatineau as clients asked us to do more.
Our capability
Panel design and fabrication, PLC/HMI and SCADA, power systems, networks, software, construction management and environmental compliance — delivered by one coordinated team.
Our reputation
Built on work in demanding environments — on board vessels, in ports, on mines and in industrial plants — where reliability is not optional.
